Fire-resistant aluminum composite panel is also called metal composite panel,is a new type of high-end wall decoration panel,and its fire safety has reached the nationa standard.Two common types are more popular;
1.A2 grade (flame retardant type)is a novel composite material comprising of color coated aluminum strips and a flame retardant core material.The core material consists of polymer base materials,flame retardants,inorganicfllers,coupling agents,and other flame retardant substances.It exhibits exceptional resistance to combustion with minimal production of thick black smoke or emission of corrosive and iritating odors.Moreover,the core material demonstrates excellent durability against aging as well as high and low temperatures while maintaining superior peeling strength and overall physical properties.They are in line with the national standard GB8624 "Building materials and products burning performance classificotion "and GB/T17748"Aluminum plastic composite panel for building curtain wall".At present,the combustion performance of fire resistance aluminum composite panel fully meets the national standard.
2.B1 grade (fire-retardant,dificult to burn type)is a new type of composite material made of color coated aluminum strip and fire retardant core material.The core material is environment friendly low smoke halogen-free guoranteed fire retardant material,extremely dificult to burn,no thick black smoke,will not emit corrosive and ritating odor.The core material has excellent aging resistance and can withstand high and low temperatures while maintaining superior peeling strength and overall physical properties.They are in line with national standards GB8624"Building materials and products combustion performance classification"and GB/T17748"Aluminum plastic composite panel for building curtain wall".At present,the combustion performance of fireresistance aluminum composite panel fully meets the national standard.
