Product Introduction
Aluminum veneer adopts high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy plate, its common thickness is 2.0, 2.5, 3.0mm, model 3003, the status is H24.Its structure consists of a panel, stiffener and angle code components. It is formed directly from the smallside of the panel by riveting the angle code.The stiffener is connected with the welding screwbehind the panel surface to make whole solid it grectly enhance the strength and rigidity of cluminum veneer,to ensure the longterm use of flatness and wind resistance,earthquake resistance.
lf sound insulation is required, efficient sound insulation materials can be instoalled on the inside of the aluminum veneer.

The bracket components can be directly formed from thepanel through bending and pressing, and can also be formed through mounting the brackets on the hems ofpanel. The stiffeners are connected to the welding screw on the back of the panel, to become a solid whocomponent- has greatly enhanced the strength and rigidity of the aluminum cladding, and ensured the smoothness ard seismic capocity in the long-term use. f noise and heat insulation is needed,material with high efficiencyof noise and heat insulation can be installed in the inside of the aluminum sheet.
Fluorocarbon Coated Spraying
Fluorocarbon carbon coated spraying is to sproy the surface of metal parts (such as aluminurm veneer) after strchroming treatment, so thot the decorative surface of metal parts has a layer of uniform coating, it can make theproducts with smooth,uniform color, and it also plays a decorative and protective role for metol parts. Powdersproying is to use the principle of consumptive spraying to odsorb the dry powder on the metal parts (such asaluminum veneer).After baking at a high termperature above 200 C, the powder solidfies into a layer of solid andbright coating larger than 60 microns, which can decorate and protect the metal parts.
