The structure of the aluminum three-dimensional  panel  is  a  full-dimensional  three-layer  structure,which  is  made  of  AL3003 aluminum alloy material and thermally composited with a unique bonding technology.The attenuation rate of peel strength in 20 years is less than 5%.Combining the advantages of a variety of metal curtain wall panels,it has the advantages of excellent surface flatness,light weight and high strength,small compressive change rate,uniquee texture,good weather resistance,easy processing, good fire  resistance,and high  depreciation  recovery rate.The unigue corner folding structure not only enhances the bending resistance of the board,but also improves  the  resistance to wind  pressure  and  the  cyclic load cycle.At the same time,it  has  better waterproof,anti-corrosion and anti-permeability performance to ensure the same life span of the panel and the building.

Three-dimensional aluminum core aviation panel processing

Cutting:  three-dimensional aluminum core aviation panel,using a special cutting machine to cut the panel.After the pane is fixed on a flat surface workbench,which is cut in alignment.After cutting,the cutting surface is clean and very smooth.

Grooving:Grooving is avery important process in the processing of three-dimensional aluminum core aviation panel.The back of the panel is planed off 0.2mm,the best processing angle is recommended to be 91°,then the bottom panel and the internal core material are processed together into the angle of 91° .

Firstly,machining saw tooth as shown in the schematic diagram on the left,using R-5.5,91°angle on the surface,the panel is made into saw-toth.

Secondly,when a large number of slotting projects are used,the production efficiency can be better mproved by using slotting saws and mobile mechanical equipment.

Moulding: After slotting,the product is positioned flat,and then the bending fixture is bent at 90 degrees to make the panel in accordance with the designed drawing demand.The bent portion should be kept level after the groove is created.(Note:In order to prevent deformation and breakage,which the rupture degree of the coating in the corner should be above 10C.)The bent edge is kept at least 20mm above the design height,so that the angle part and silicone can achieve better waterproof effect and  higher  performance.

Notice for grooving:

A,double bending and cross section inconsistency:

1.Remove 0.2mm from the outer panel when grooving.

2.Check that the space ofclamping fixture insertion flange is not enough,it is recommended to bend the clamping fixture insertion flange to the maximum extent.

3.It requires the operator to have a high degree of proficiency in grooving,it is recommended to use a professional processing technician.

4.Due to the different specifications of M/C,uneven pressure leads to adverse reactions of the processing depth,when the concave and convex of the folding part occurs locally,and the processing pressure machine must be kept stable.

B.Peeling of core and bottom panel:

1.In  the  process  of  cutting,peeling  will  occur.When  processing,the   slotting  saw  should  be  fuly inspected before processing

2.When grooving,do not exceed the machining center line of the grooving saw,so that the bending effect cannot meet the requirements of the drawing.

Notice for bending:

The number of teeth of the cutter is eight.When the composite panel is used for cutting,the grooved product will be deformed.When the edge is cut,the bottom panel will be stripped.The number of teeth of the front cutter is 18-24.It is recommended to use a special bending cutter.

The tool does not use the shape recommended in Item 2.If the tip of the blade is used,the angle surface will be uneven after bending when the flat tool is used to process the groove,resulting in uneven phenomenon.It is recommended to use the recommended special tool.The angle of the tool width is 90°.It is difficult to bend the 90°of the flange after cutting.It is recommended to use the tool with an angle of 91°for cutting
